Report level measures in live connection

Hi guys,

I came across a situation in recent time.

I have connected power bi dataset (which is connected to SSAS) as a data source in power bi desktop.

Most of the required measures are created in the model itself. There was no need of creating report level measures except for dynamic titles.

So, I created some report level measures for dynamic titles.

When the file was published into power bi service, a number of the visuals started to not display anything. 

I later on came to know that this is happening because of the report level measures.

 

Just wanted to know why such thing is happening.

    I don't think it because of the report level measures, report level measure mean that you could only create measure in this report, and this report won't available in SSAS.

     

    Could you try to do not create this measure and try it again?

      Thanks for the reply.

      In desktop, for a particular visual, I changed the report level title measure to the measure created in the model.

      When report level measure was used the visual showed blank value. And when the title changed to model measure, i started working fine.
