Hi mike12345 - Yes, mike! the software was updated automatically in your machine as you have used the update features enabled in your desktop as shown below.
if you want to rollback to May 2024, uninstall the existing release from your computer from programs and features and uninstall it. and reinstall this may release 2024.

We do not have CoPilot turned on and no workspace is selected. No plans to use it. Does this mean I can't use June 2024 version and need to rollback to May 2024? The June version automatically downloaded/installed on my laptop.
