Report is updated with less data

I have encountered the problem that when updating the report from the web app it is updated with much less data to differ from the report made in power bi desktop. When updating from desktop the data is correct, but when doing it from the web app, for scheduled updates, it seems that it only shows the data of the day and not the entire data set.

    Hi Syndicate_Admin ,

Are you using incremental refresh for dataset? If not, please deleted the dataset and republish.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

Yes, the incremental update was used to try to solve the problem, but it did not have any effect since when updating from the web it is as if it discarded the data prior to the update date and stays only with the data of that same day. The dataset is taken from an azure devops analytic view.

        Hi Syndicate_Admin ,

Using incremental refresh will only display data stored in history time period, so please check if your history period is set to a very short number of days.
