Report download option missing from power bi online service

Dear Friends,

I wanted to download few Power BI reports from Power BI Online services , but this option is missing from online service .

Can any one sugget workaround of that ?

Are you trying to download these files from the same user which has published the reports? or these reports wer shared from any other user?

My power BI service is appearing similar to your first screenshot althgouh all power bi reports were published using same account ?

I got solution, download services were deactivated from admin control panel.

So who should be contacted for this one? Also, when you had the problem and, may I know what else worked for you to get the share button /option back for the power BI.
