Hi VijayP , 

I post a simplified model. Hope it'll work. Other tables are attached to Communication, but for they are currently out of context. 

In the model, Company  #1 has 3 communications on 2024-05-16. Each communication has its own ID.   The output I expect is the Communication ID followed by date. I should see 3 differents ID and 3 times the same date in the report. 

And according that simplified model, I don't experience the problematic issue described earlier. I have the 3 distinc IDs end the 3 same dates for the company #1.
