Report Size for Website? Example with link

I am working on creating a report for our external website and I'm struggling coming up with decent dimensions of the report.

The state of Michigan has a report at https://www.michigan.gov/coronavirus/0,9753,7-406-98163_98173---,00.html that I like the size of. I've determined the iFrame to have a height of 700 and the width is set to 100%. 

Is there a way to determine the height and width of the report used? Does it matter what I set the report up as and just publish it as "Fit to Page"? I like like the size of the link above and that it resizes with the page and I'm not sure how to set that up within the Desktop Designer as I'm creating my own reports.

Any help/ideas?

@TCavins You can surely set the page size in power bi desktop but these iframe parameters you use when you embed the report in the website

something like this

Yes, I understand the iFrame settings. My question is how does the design size get affected by the iFrame? If I create a 16:9 and publish it with a default Fit to Page and then publish to web in an iFrame with a height of 700 and 100% width, what happens? How is it displayed?

Will the Fit to Page adjust to the iFrame? I've noticed when publishing from the desktop, whatever view I'm in (Fit to Page, Fit to Width etc) is what the default view is in the workspace/app. 

More so, is there a way on the link I provided to determine what the original size of the report was?

I can only find some information about  iFrame settings here ( pressing F12 on a web page  to see more details ).

With the link you currently provide,It is difficult to determine what the original size of the report was .
