Report Server - Download Buttons

In Power BI Report Server (and SSRS native) I cannot find a way to disable the download buttons in the top right of the screen.   Is there a hidden way?     If not I'll go open an idea as this f...

After research and test, we are unable to disable the download fucntion as what you said. You can create a request here.
