    Hi v-henryk-mstf The issue appears to have stopped now. I'll put it down as something to do with my settings.

Hi SteveD2 ,

 

Where does these disappeared custom visual come from? PowerBI service support the certified custom visual which come from the APP store, but may not support other custom visual. Could you show some snapshots of custom visuals in PowerBI desktop?
