Hello All,
When creating report page tooltips, I know that the filters applied to the visual carry over onto the tooltip - I know you can also specify which certain filters carry over and which are ignored.
My question is - is it possible to filter the tooltip to only show certain measures based on what measure you're hovering over in the visual?
For example, I have a simple report that is using the Card (new) visual. This is showing a Sales Measure and a Transaction measure. These two measures are added into the Data section of a visual:
I also have a Tooltip page built which shows a graph containing both the measures as well - I have linked the Tooltip to the Card visual so it appears as a Tooltip when I hover over:
The behviour I I am looking for, is that when I hover over the 'SalesMeasure' part of the card, the graph in the tooltip will only show the SalesMeasure line and not the TransactionMeasure line and vice-versa, if I hover over the TransactionMeasure part of the card, it will only show the TransactionMeasure line.
As it stands as the moment, the tool tip always shows both lines and does not filter based on the measure I'm hovering over.
My question is.. is it possible for Power BI to behave like this, and how would I set it up? I have tried adding the measures to the filter section of the tooltip but this does not work:
Here's a link to my example PBIX file: https://limewire.com/d/WuMqE#93ML0LJJGB
Would appreciate any help anyone is willing to provide.

Hi @Patrick_Grant2 ,
I don't think what you are asking is possible. An easy workaround would be to use 2 card visuals.
