Hi Dear, I am using the free version, I am trying to:   1. Create a report filter, I would to embed this report and at same time I would to user/how are using the report to filter the whole report ...

You could use a report filter.

 

Sharing requires Pro unless you use Publish to Web.

if you publish to web am i correct in saying anyone can view it?  

 

so if you publish to web you dont need a power bi pro license Greg_Deckler ?

    Hi vanessafvg,

     

    Yes, that correct, if you publish to power bi service as embed to web any one has the URL can see your report.
