Power BI desktop support these data source, you need to check if your source is listed: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-data-sources

After you retrieving data in Power BI desktop, you can model your data if necessary: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guided-learning/modeling

Then you can add visuals into the report to show data. From the image, you need table visual, card visual, multi-row card visual, textbox. Also you need slicer visual to do the select.
