Report Builder keep headers on each page

Hello,

In the Paginated PowerBi Report Builder, I want my headers to repeat on every page. I accomplished this, but only sometimes and I can't figure out why it only works on some pages.

For context:

Tablix Properties: I have KeepTogether as TRUE

Advanced properties: KeepWithGroup as After and RepeatOnNewPage as True

Thanks so much, I forgot the keep with group after setting, and it was driving me nuts!
