Report Builder: How to hide a column

Hi,

I am new to Power BI Report Builder and need help hiding a column.  I want to ALWAYS hide the Dependents column under EE.  These results ALWAYS populate with 0 and I want to hide it.

I tried manually using Column Visability option but it did not work.

I struggle to understand the Row and Column Grouping idea so I'm really struggling.

Can you please assist?
