Report - ArcGIS with 2 data (Bubble inside Bubble)

Dear PowerBi community,

I've been trying to solve the following problem for quite some time, but I'm not getting anywhere. Can someone please tell me if this can be solved at all.
I have the following problem:
I have a colleague who has contacted me with the following request:
She regularly lets in to various fundraising events as part of her promotional activities throughout Germany. Some of the invited contact persons also take part in these. In my report the segment contacts are also shown via ArcGIS. However, now it would like to locate to this target group within this bubble also those contacts, which actually participated in the event. I can't get it to also map attendees with a different color within the invitation bubble. So I want to map an "Attendee" bubble in the "Invitations" bubble as well. Is this feasible at all? And if so, how? :). I hope I have expressed myself understandably. I would be happy if someone can help me with this problem.
