Replicating tableau parameter in Powerbi desktop

I need your's assistance in replication of tableau parameter and graphs in PowerBI.
Here is the the parameter that has been used
The prameter has been used in another filter i.e shown in the 1st graph.
Request your all assistance to create the parameter in PowerBI.
