Replacing many values in a column in one step (in query editor)

Hello Community  -  I have an orders table that includes a column for salespeople.   I also have a dimension table with employee names.

In my orders table, the Salesperson column list the salespeople as DavidB  or   MaryS, etc.    I do not want this, but rather the full name.   I have about 100 names to change.

I would like to use my employee dim column on my dim table as the reference for the full name.

Is there an expedient way to do this in Power Query?

If you really want to do this in Power Query I'd read through this example here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-lookup-values-in-another-table-in-the-Query-Editor/m...

You'd need to add a column to your employee table in the same "FirstnameInitial" format to perform the lookup.
