How can I replace the texts in column A with the texts in column C in Power Desktop?

do you want to replace text in col A only when col a is blank?

goto edity query->advanced editor and add following line before "in" and make sure to add comma (",") on existing last step of the query

#"Replaced Value" = Table.ReplaceValue(#"<your last query step here>",each [Col A], each [Col C],Replacer.ReplaceValue,{"Col A"})

Assuing this is the last step in your query, replace last line in query query after "in" with this

#"Replaced Value"

click on edit query, and then select advanced editor, copy and paste text from advanced editor and I will add the step for you.
