Replace multiple values at once (replace value)

Hi,

I am looking for a Dax formula that replace multiple values at once. I have several different values that I would like to replace for one value. See below an Excel sheet, at the left the "old" values and at the right the values that I would to replace it for. Also below the standard Dax formula for one value, but I need a formula for more then one value.

@karelstoel , The function you are using is from Power Query/M should be used in Data transformation mode/edit query mode.
