Replace Parameter Blank values in a Matrix Table

Hi everyone, i'm building a matrix table with first column deriving from a parameter selection as showed:

In some of the groups, a blank row appears because of no association between metrics and dimension:

I would like to replace that blank with "N/D" string; I have already tried with if else statements into NAMEOF condition in parameter, but it doesn't work.

Any hints?

It looks more like a mapping gap in your geographic area column.
