Replace Blank or Null for N/A

Hello, 

I have a card with some trendline and when there is no value i want it to show "N/A".

I already tried this formula:

PREV_CH_ATEND visual = IF(ISBLANK([PREV_CH_ATEND]), "N/A", [PREV_CH_ATEND])

Result: 

I already tried another option:

PREV_CH_ATEND visual = IF([PREV_CH_ATEND]=BLANK() || [PREV_CH_ATEND]=" ","N/A",[PREV_CH_ATEND])

Result:

Can someone help me with this?

coalesce([PREV_CH_ATEND]), "N/A")

or

if(isblank([PREV_CH_ATEND]) || [PREV_CH_ATEND] = "" , "N/A",[PREV_CH_ATEND])

Still the same, shows "(Blank)"

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

I exported the data to csv file

Result:

The measure is replacing for "N/A" but somehow it's shows (Blank) in Card...

I got another conclusion, if i change the filter just for 1 year the measure is ok and it shows N/A.

The problem is when I filter 2 or more years...

Anyone know how to solve this?
