Repetition in table

Hello ,

im facing an issue where when i add any column from table Project_Details and Manual, there will be data repetition occur like this:

The database relationship between these 2 tables are many-to-many, do i need to build a junction table to solve this error ?

Not quite clear about the issue you are facing however, it is recommended to avoid many to many relationships. So bulding a bridge table is better option.
