Hi all!

Hi @Fern_21
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Fabric community forum.
In Power BI Report Builder, table headers typically repeat as expected when exporting to PDF, but this may not always be the case when exporting to Word. This is due to the Word rendering engine (WORDOPENXML) handling tablix headers differently, which means that settings like RepeatOnNewPage might work in PDF but not in Word, as Word does not always convert these headers into native “Repeat Header Rows.”
As a workaround try to place column headers in a group header row rather than the static tablix header section, and then set RepeatOnNewPage to True and KeepWithGroup to After. This can help with header repetition in Word exports, but it is not always guaranteed.
Alternatively, after exporting, you can manually enable “Repeat as header row at the top of each page” in Word under Table Properties -> Row, though this is less convenient for automated processes. For more information, see Microsoft’s documentation on tablix headers and rendering behavior.
For detailed guidance, you can refer to Microsoft’s documentation on Repeat headers in paginated Show Row and Column Headers on Multiple Pages in a Power BI Paginated Report - Power BI | Microsoft ... and community discussions such as Solved: Report builder does not repeat header columns in e... - Microsoft Fabric Community
I hope this clarifies the situation. If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, please let us know.

Hi @InsightsByV !
I need this solution of repeating page headers to work in Word as well, but even with this approach, it doesn’t work in Word. How can I fix it?
Thanks
