Repeat column names per row in matrix

Hello,

Within Power BI Desktop I'm trying to make a matrix where the column header is repeated for each Row-item Artikelnr. 

The only way I could fix this was to make two Matrix visuals (see screen below). But it is much more flexible to have one Matrix. But then all column-values are shown. Any ideas to produce one matrix but with the same lay-out as I did with the Two Matrix visuals?

Hi,

I don't think that is possible.  In a matrix visual, the column header cnanot be repeated for each change in row label.
