Hi, im having one power query table and one dax calculated table. What is the most optimized way to reorder columns position in order to perform union?
Also which view is the output view? Cuz in PQ and in Desktop table view i have columns in different positions.
Thanks in advance!

@hejszyszky you have to do in DAX, use selectcolumns and then do union

HI @hejszyszky ,
I don't think it actually matters where you create the table. I prefer creating in in Power Query, so that I have everything done before I get data for reporting in Power BI.
Can you share some screenshots on column re-ordering differences from Power Query & DAX created tables?
Ideally, if you re-order columns in Power Query for a table, it should reflect the DATA tab once the query changes have been applied.
