Removing data from chart when sample size too small

I have searched this forum up and down and have yet to find a solution. My colleague and I have large data sets and we are utilizing bar charts or pie charts with filters to display our company data. We have multiple filters on a page that could be gender, ethnicity, first gen students, etc. The problem is that when people select multiple filters there may not be enough respondents that we do not want to display those percentages then. For instance, not enough female, native hawaiian, first gen students (3 filters) to show that particular percentage. We want to be able to replace the data in the chart to say something along the lines of "sample size too small". Is there some sort of dax in order to do that per visual? We would know on the back end which samples are too small. We want the percentages of other categories to stay true when filtered, but to replace a given data point where there are too little responses. OR is there a way in which it can be done in BI that we can set a page/graphic to a given number of respondents so that when filters are selected it knows that there's less than 5 responses for a particular group and it won't display that one, but still keep the other percentages true?
