Removing a blank option from filter

The fields in the filter are the contents contained in the dataset. Unless you delete the blank fields in the dataset, they will be displayed in the filter.
You can also set the filter to a non blank field in the report level filter, and then the blank field will not be displayed in the page level filter and visual level filter.
