Trying to remove a page filter for two visuals -- the page filter is for cities [which applies across multiple pages], but would like to sum the calculation for all cities to arrive at a Total State calculation so I can comapre the selected city to the total State.

Try to use ALL() or AllExcept() in your calculation to avoid such filter on your calculation like calculation(sum(sales),all(filter_table[column))
