Removing ALL gridlines, Changing scroll bar color

Is there a way to remove the additional vertical guidelines? On this display I have no vertical guidelines selected but very small ones still appear, especially in the middle orange column. I used conditional formatting to give any row with Texas Athletics data an orange background and white font. There also appears to be a line down the middle of the 0.24% eng rate for no reason, even though it's one column?

Also, I'm using a shape to hide the scroll bar because it only will show as white with a grey bar. Is there a way to change the color of the scroll bar?

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here using Power bi desktop version : 2.75.5649.221 64-bit (November 2019). Could you please share your sample pbix to me to have a test if you don't have any Confidential Information? Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
