Removing 0's from Line and Clustered Column Chart when relative date is set to last 13 months

Hi All, 

I was wondering if someone could help, I have a Line and Clustered column chart and I have put the date filter type as the below - 

The problem I have is when I look at my graph it filters all the dates needed and the data looks fine for all the last 13 months although the issue I have is it still leaves a trail line of 0's front and back of the dates due to my date table. 

I have tried many ways to filter my columns with an example being Open tickets IS NOT 0 and it removes some of my data.. 

I am hoping someone can direct me in a way to look into how to remove 0's from a bar graph when the relative date is filtered.
