Remove topographical features in filled map

Is there a way to remove topographical features in a filled in map?  For example, I don't want to see green on the map when that area is a forest and I don't want to see major highways. Any advice?

    Use the Shape Map visual instead and select "USA:states" as the shape.

      I was just hoping to avoid the shape map because I'm mapping by county so I didn't want to have to find my own California county map and upload it to Power BI. Is that my only option?
