Remove subtotal from only specific rows in a Matrix in Power BI

Hello,

I am working on below P&L matrix and I am trying to get rid or rename the second subtotal called 'GM'. I have already renamed the subtotals as 'GM' but the name is not correct for both of subtotals.

The first Subtotal called GM is correct as it represents the Gross Margin but the second GM subtotal is incorrect as it represents the subtotal of Overheads and not the GM.

Either removing or hiding or renaming it would work for me as a solution for what I am trying to achieve.

Is there any way to resolve this?
