Remove image from excel source file

Hi,

One of the source files I am working with contains an image which I am currently manually removing prior to loading into Power BI.

Is there a way to remove this image automatically within Power BI when I am loading the file ? Header rows etc I can already automatically remove but to remove an image I am not sure.
