I have a small multiples in this clustered column chart but I'm unable to remove the dotted, horizontal gridlines. Any ideas on how I can get rid of them?
As you can see below, the gridlines options are grayed out and it won't allow me to turn on/off.

Not faced this issue, however, try to create a new visual on a blank page and try to apply the same settings, then compare what you have done differently in this visual.

Hello,
I also faced this issue and what worked for me was:
3. Go back to Y-axis -> turn Values off
Thank you 🙂

Thanks for the suggestion Fowmy!
When rebuilding it from scratch, I turned off the gridlines before adding the small multiples and voila!
