Hello:
I have set the year 2024 filter so that it applies to all pages of the report, however I now need to generate a report with information from the years 2021-2022-2023-2024, so I created an Assigned All Year variable, which works correctly because it reports the value for all years but as a total and I require the value to be shown by years, that is, to know the value of the assigned for the year 2021, assigned for the year 2022, etc.
I clearly want to keep the general filter of all pages only for 2024.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but you could try putting the 'Calendar' year into the slicer, modifying the mearsure.
Assigned all year = CALCULATE([Assigned],ALLSELECTED('your table'),[Assigned]<>blank())

This is what I need to get, the assigned data for all years, but keeping the global filter for the year 2024, .
If I apply the year 2024 filter for all pages, this is what it shows me:
