Hi,
One of ways is using Table.Group function in Power Query Editor.
let Source = Data_Source, #"Grouped Rows" = Table.Group(Source, {"Staff ID"}, {{"End Date", each List.Max([End Date]), type nullable date}}) in #"Grouped Rows"
