Hi all
I have an Import dataset that I update regularly. However, I cannot see this update anymore in PowerBI (the cloud) because the file excedes the limit of 1GB.
Now, I have data from last year, which I could get rid of. Is there a way to remove data from the dataset based on Data (which is a column in my DB), in order to reduce the dataset, while keeping the original data in the DB?

Probably yes. Is this an imported dataset? I assume so. You should be able to edit your query in Desktop and filter out anything from last year and then re-publish.
Hi @agarridob,
Can't you just alter you query to filter what you need ? Doing it you don't need to input all the data and filter on PBI.
