Remove currency symbol in tables

Dear all,

I would like to remove the currency symbol and just the numbers should be displayed (please note: This is a sql view and the view does NOT show any currency symbol if I view it in SQL management studio).

Please see this picture:

Even if i change the format, the currency symbol still remains.

Hoping for help.

Have a nice day

Best regards

Marc

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you choose Currency as the Format, then you HAVE TO use any of the currency symbols.

To remove the '$' symbol, you can change the format from Currency to General or you can manually type 0# in the Format tab.

Give a thumbs up if this post helped you in any way and mark this post as solution if it solved your query !!!

Dear all,

thank you so much for your help, this solved the topic:

To remove the '$' symbol, you can change the format from Currency to General or you can manually type 0# in the Format tab. (changing the Format just to "General" was not enough).

Stay healthy / have a nice time

@Anonymous Please change the format of the column from "Currency" to "Decimal number". This should solve your porblem for symbols.
