Remove border between Morocco and Western Sahara in a map

Hello,

I need to create a map with a lot of points ( I have lat and long ) for a client from Morocco.

They said that there shouldn't be a border between Morocco and Western Sahara. 

Do I have some settings to remove that border or some plugins for other tipes of map?

Right now I use PowerBi Map plugin, I tried with some other plugins from marketplace and Icon Map works but it's not optimized for a lot of point.

PS: My server is in Europe.

Any sugestions?

I have tried "Map", "Filled Map" and "ArcGIS Maps" in power bi. However, each kind map has the border line between Morocco and Western Sahara. This border line is generated by the map visual so I'm afraid it can't be removed by user. If this line shouldn't exist or is not very necessary, I would suggest you to create a idea here to help power bi improve.
