Remove Duplicating entries in Matix

Hello All. I have a parent/child relationship I am to display in a matrix. Is there a way to make it so 'This is the title from the parent' just appears once instead of for each child record?

Thank you in advance

REQID This is the title from the parent

Hi @die_kruzen
Yes, you can manipulate what to show by hierarchy level, using the ISINSCOPE function:
for example :

title_ = if(ISINSCOPE('Table'[child]),"",max('Table'[title]))
The result :

@die_kruzen , Assume the name of the parent column is parent and child is child , then have a measure like

New measure=

Switch(True(),

isinscope(Table[Child]) , blank(),

isinscope(Table[Parent]) , Max(Table[Text]) ,

Max(Table[Text])

)
