Removal of LAST ZERO

hello,

how to prevent pbi to remove LAST zero please?

Pbi is removing 0 for 2019.10 and making January from October...

 

I tried to change to text but it didn't help. (if I change it to Time, then the outcome is nonsense)

So I replaced 2019.1 with 2019.10 but it seems as not right solution, rather a workaround...

I think the problem is not in PowerBI, but the source (Excel probably)? Text type shouldn't affect trailing zeros.
