Hi
I have a Sharepoint list containing weekly status updates for a project with multiple releases which in turn have multiple streams.
The form in Sharepoint is just one big form asking for information about each RAG item (Scope, Deliverables, Budget etc).
For each RAG there are the following
- RAG Indicator
- RAG Concern
- RAG Action
- RAG Due Date
A mocked up sample of the data that comes through to Power BI follows:
I would like to split the RAG data into a separate table so I can summarise in a report (like table 2) when a Release/Week/Stream selection is made but cannot figure out how to do this in the query editor.
If anyone can provide any tips on how I might achieve this it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance
Brendon

Select "Scope RAG" column till the end "Deliverable Due" column, select "unpovot columns",
Then split "Attribute" column by delimiter space,
Select "Attribute.1" column and pivot column
