Releases for Desktop for Report Server
Look, considering that when you use the Advanced Download option for downloading Report Server and click Download and have the option to download the newest version of the Desktop (32 bit or 64 bit) as well as Report Server, I would say that it is a pretty good bet that they get released at the same time.

Thank you for responding. Saying that something "should" happen is not the same as saying that it does. Is there a definitive answer?
