Relative date slicer bug? - Last X Month ignoring first date
- 5 years ago
It sure does look like a bug...does it happen for every month?
It seems to, yes. No matter how many X months you select it always drops the first date.

How about if you select a mid-month date as your final date for the period (instead of the last day of a month)? (Apologies, since I'm not at a computer so can't try myself)

Any other type of date filtering seems to work. It is only the Relative Date using Last X Months where I have seen this problem.

There are some values where it works "properly", For Sept (30 day month), if you go back to July (3), May (5), March (7), December (10), or October (12) it works OK.

I thought it might be that if the month you rolled back to had 30 days then the display would step back a day but then last 2 would not break because August has 31 days and it still rolls back to 7/31/2020.
It looks to be a descrepancy between the reported filter (the one on the bottom of the date slicer and in the filter tool tip on the cards) and the real filter (the one applied in the model).
