Hi,
I want to make in report in which an end user can select a month from the date table, and based on that selection I want to filter dates in my entire report between that max date and the date 12 months before it. Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve explicitly defining the range in all measures used?
I also want to visualise tables in each of which a measure is combined with a field containing "month name year", and I want to show only those 12 months before the selected date, making it very cumbersome/impossible to define everything in measures.
Is there a way to do this?
Much appreciated,
Best,
Eva

Hi @E__ ,
You have the following two requirements:
1. Don't use measures.
2. Relative date relative to a selected max date instead of today
If you want to meet the above two requirements, your idea can not be realized.
The only way is to use measures to realize your ideas, you can refer to @amitchandak 's link.

Lionel Chen
