Relative date filters resetting
Hi all. I'm new to BI and loving the product but I have an issue which I'm struggling to resolve. I have 2 charts on one page and both have a relative date filter set to show the last 12 Calendar months, both work when set and the filters applied. As soon as I use a button to trigger a bookmark and then use another button triggering the bookmark to get me back to my charts one of the charts no longer remember the relative date filter and it resets itself back to the default - the other one retains it. I've deleted the one that keeps resetting and copied the other chart and I get the same result on the copied one. The copied version is a direct copy and not amended in anyway apart from applying the 12 month filter again. If someone could offer support that would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue :
Try to Edit bookmarks:- Go to View > Bookmarks Pane.
- Select the bookmark used to return to the chart.
- Click the ellipsis (•••) next to the bookmark and choose “Update”.
- Make sure only “Display” is checked--uncheck “Data” and “Current Page” unless page navigation is intended.
Verify relative date filter location:
- Are you using a page-level filter, a visual-level filter, or a slicer?
- If it’s a slicer, check whether it’s synced across pages using the “Sync Slicers” pane.
Try not copying the chart, but duplicating the entire page, then modify from there. Sometimes copying visuals introduces quirks.
Test with a simple relative date slicer (Last 12 months) on the page and see if both charts respect it. This can help isolate whether it’s the visual or the bookmark behavior.

make sure that your bookmarks are not saving any data.
disable the data from your bookmark and update the bookmark.
this way , the data will not be saved on the bookmark, and thus when the bookmark is triggered, no data will be changed on the page.
let me know if that helps .

Morning Daniel29195. Apologies for the delay in responding. This didn't work for me. What is very stange is that 1 chart works and when I copy it, so I have the same chart twice, the second chart doesn't retain relative date filter or the graph formatting.
