Relative date filter - change most recent week

Hi all,   I created a report for which I would like to look at different time periods (YTD, latest 4 13 26 52, etc). I know this is achievable with bookmarks but then I have to re-filter each time ...

    You may try to set it in 'Date Range'. For example:
