Relative Date Filtering - Based On Yesterday

Is there a way to set up Relative Date Filtering based on yesterday, instead of today? Specifically, I have a report that refreshes daily, pulling data through the previous day. My main page defaults ...

Bobfather are you using relative date filtering on slicer or filter? if it is filer you can unselect "Today"
