Relative Date Filter suddenly stopped working

Hi all,    from one day to another the relative date filter stopped working and no visuals can be displayed on which a relative date filter is applied. I did not change any settings or whatsoever. ...

Did you ever get a solution to this issue?  I've been struggling with this for months and can't figure out how to fix or work around it.  I'd really appreciate any advice or ideas you have.
