Hi all,
from one day to another the relative date filter stopped working and no visuals can be displayed on which a relative date filter is applied. I did not change any settings or whatsoever. I checked the Windows time zone and date as well as format and everything is equal to PowerBi. It also has nothing to do with the date tables since the problem persists in different dashboards using different calendars or date tables. Anyone experienced that problem before?

Did you ever get a solution to this issue? I've been struggling with this for months and can't figure out how to fix or work around it. I'd really appreciate any advice or ideas you have.

We are experiencing the same issue, relative date range filter suddenly stops working in Power BI desktop. It is only happening to one user on one report right now.
I have this exakt problem. It is only in Desktop. In Service it still works and keeps autoupdating correct. If I use Desktop February version it also works. The problem is with all Desktop versions later than that, even the May version release just the other day.
Hi @lutzb,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
It looks like this seems to be a systemic issue rather than something limited to a single dataset or report.

Good evening,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortuately, it does not resolve the matter.
"Unexpected error (file "", row , function "").
Unfortunately no dashboard can be used anymore, the problem persists and management is already about to dump PBI for it.
So maybe someone has some good idea, what could be causing the issue?
