I keep getting an error that tells me I cannot create a relationship between two tables because one of them has to have unique values. Can someone explain this to me? Don't you need to join th...
A unique value is a column that does not contain any duplicates, thus unique.
UNIQUE NOT UNIQUE
1 1
2 1
3 2
4 3
5 1
One of the tables has to have unique values. If you cannot do that with your two tables, create a third table that pulls all of the values from both tables (merge step) and then does a "Unique values" step. Then, link both tables to that third table.
